send the garage a letter claiming for those parts/labour.

if they refuse to pay then sue.

I'll have you know steve i asked the AA guy to look at the rest of the car you didnt even know anything about it. So this then lead to the fact that the spare and two other tyers wasnt even road legal, so was not happy. Had to pay £275 for 3 new tyers...

Horrible steve! Oh well tyers are done and when it goes in for its service the cv boot will be fixed too, as steve wont ring the M.O.T place nor would he ring the garage :/

If there was a verbal contract between you and the garage to replace the parts then you don't need to speak to the MOT place.

The garage should have replaced the parts as agreed.

I would like steve to ring cause he knows what he is talking about but the longer it is left the less chance there is of it getting sorted, cause they could say it has happend since iv had the car
