Keep getting some bollox about iive got a firewall running and it cant work

a) i dont have a firewall
b) the pc downstairs works fine

any ideas?

Cant play generals online either because of this

does it say something about proxy?

if so i use to get it all the time - uninstall it and reinstall and it works

Uninstalled 3 times now. Still no luck.

yup same as wot i got - uninstall and reinstall fixed it

u uninstalling it via teh msn web site or in add remove progs?

do it via the website - as if ya gunna download it - and it gives u the option to uninstall - do that - then install

i get that just close down msn totally as in the lttle icon in the bottom right hand corner and then re open it works fine after that
