id watch what you say possy, slander in black and white is not clever..ill be legally chasing up the £300 you STILL owe me for the parts you had fitted.

mark hasnt pointed out that didnt get chance to put a few mile on the car before checking everything over again, so obv after refitting everything and doing 250miles few it would be wise to check bits over again. but imo the few faults are/were easily sorted.

I have no idea what's gone on between you two, but can it be discussed elsewhere, as has nothing to do with me.

Today was really good, and went very good. Despite shit weather, and me now feeling like shit, illness coming on, MEH!

Fuel tank vent valve, sourced replaced, and fixed. Car now runs beautifully, no jerking or loss of power at all

Stereo now working

Alternator moved, no more scraping from it grinding on chassis leg!

Ignition switch fixed (replaced with new) got bolts from scrap yard with other bits.

Also got a new hose from AFM to airbox, we had to customise it abit, and now I'm very happy with it, see pics.

Fuel tank vent valve (old behind, look at the connections)

Excuse mess in above pic, I have no arch lining, and done 400 miles in the rain now, and its not been cleaned since engine went back in

This is gap I was faced with everytime, I had to get airbox out
This pipe has to go in this space

New pipe, cut down and modified.

420 miles now

EML still on (ICV fault) mileage is now on 420, so time to drop the oil

Excuse the messy and full of water marks in the bay. I've driven 420 miles in the rain with no arch lining, and engine not been cleaned since it went back in

Would be good if it made expected power on standard TB. Not saying it can't be done, but the general consensus seems to be 170-180 tops.

Time will tell I guess. I'm happy with the power, so even if it says 110hp it still feels good

No idea tbh. Think I don't it when leaving Phils garage. Car is way to low, and shocks are knackered... Sealed leak for now, an when I have coilOvers fitted I'll change sump.

Tom on here, is also making me up a sump guard
