me and the mrs have been looking for a good sized 2 man tent for the past few hours now and she is really starting to annoy me i want to be able to fit a double air bed in it and all the 2 man tents seem to small... i said about getting a 3 man tent so we have extra room for our bags and other stuff ect, but she thinks they are too big surely it doesnt matter as its a huge field and i refuse to squeeze into a tiny bloody tent haha im a big lad anyone know of any big 2 man tents or small 3 man tents??? cheers

main thing im asking is does it matter if i have a big tent lol even if there is only 2 of us is there enough room for everyone this is mainly to put her mind to rest, got a nice 3 man tent lined up for £40 on sale haha just she wont stop bugging me saying tents to big might annoy other people haha!

Sean Santa pod is huge you could bring a 20 man tent and there will still be plenty of room lol I can assure you

i've camped in my car before and it was fine.

unless you are 6'7'' and 20 stone, you'll be fine.

I do a fair bit of camping & tried a few tents.

I deffo recon if its a two man tent, its the right size for one person & gear.

Three man tent is normally best size for two people & gear. Can normally fit double airbed in too.

I've got a 3 man pop up tent, its great Also got a three man standard tent for when i do proper camping. Popup is good, but when its flat, its a massive disc shape, so only good if you're close to the car.
