Hi everyone my name is david i live in ellesmere port cheshire, i have a corsa b x16xe had it for a few years an i wanted to do somthing diffrent than just putting a redtop in to it so i have had a good go at take my x16xe as far as i can with out putting a turbo or TB's on it so il list the spec of it has taken around 3 months to build an see what you all think

-Piper race cams
-Ported an polished head / gas flowed / matched ports
-Double valve springs titanium caps
-vx performance inlet
-Acl race bearings
-Acl piston rings
-Arp rod bolts / main / flywheel
-balanced crank rated to 9.500 rpm
-lightend balanced flywheel
-stage 1 sach clutch
-lexmal 4.2.1
-powerflow 200 cell cat
-powerflow cat back system
-daz tek uni chip
-derestricted air box / courtny sport panal filter
-steel head gasket
-raised compression ratio currently 220 in each cylinder

I am still doin bits to it as i am running it in at the moment it will be getting live mapped end of the month by WGT performance in middle witch will keep you up dated an will add pics over next few days Thanx for reading

Would it be better putting a good cone filter on it or use the air box still ??

im using escort cosworth ram air filter (so i was told)(was off cossie then mk4astragsi tub, n corsa gsi b4 mee) goes like stink kid open sponge cone
