Could be interesting. I certainly think it'll bring life back to the League Cup, as it's getting old now and most teams don't take it seriously. Too many European spots in the PL has devalued it IMO.

Why are that lot obsessed with getting in to our bloody leagues and competitions. You're not good enough to compete with the English teams so all you can do is park the bus! Boring boring football and I don't want to see it.
