I've got pics of one to upload somewhere, it's the same as this apart from the spoiler so I'm not sure if it's in fact older:

It's a cracker, fully stripped with a metal nurburgring badge on the back of it, none of this sticker pish

Quite sad but yes (was hatching a plan a while back but went with Minis instead):
Production cars up to the end of 1979 with wiggle room to include 1980-82 cars as long as they're identical to 79MY or earlier cars and were available as a production model then as well.

Basically a fiddle to allow late MY mk2 Escorts etc to enter.

If you're feeling REALLY flush, get a 911 RS. And I mean really, really, really flush

ooooo... we were actually talking about on the test day

We have an 1981 3.0 911 that might wiggle in. It would be a bit of a more relaxed race car

Sunday was rather surprising, it was a lot less gentleman racer than normal! Still nothing like the Minis or Festers, but good all the same.

I made a post about these a while back:

Singer Porsche. Completely rebuild and reinforced with modern parts.
Past design with present technology. Awesome imo.

Still think i'd prefer a 997 GT3 over anything old......

If its too old/expensive i'll worry about using it.

Only one i'd have is a 993 Turbo but even then i'd probably prefer a 997 I know its not aircooled or hand built by a hairy german man but still they modern ones are incredible!
