I have a good feeling about Liverpool next season provided they all stay fit, they no longer rely on Gerrard either which is good news

Saw this earlier. Expected it to happen but suprised if a deal has already been done
Pardew said he wanted to ensure safety before opening talks

I can't see it being anywhere near £15m tbh. I wouldn't be suprised if we've sorted something already, going to be tough to land players without european football, maybe, so best to get deals done asap

It wouldn't surprise me if Newcastle buy Torres in the summer for about £4M, and then sit on the other £46M for about 10 years. What are they doing with the money? In big debts or something?

Would be unlike Liverpool to spend big on Newcastle players.

TBF we only got the money on the last day of the window so couldn't do anything with it
Pardew and Llambias have both said it will be spent in the summer but I'm not holding my breath

They will pay £15m, everyone will laugh, he'll put a great cross in for Carroll and instantly be worth it.

I should have been more specific, it WAS actually meant to be from the Liverpool fans' perspective CS ones in particular.

I hope that's not aimed at me Ecketh, if you're referring to Carroll's price tag, I still think it was rediculous but at the same time justifiable.
