What was the response? if you are waiting to hear back, are you chasing with polite reminders that you need to know?

How do you know its looking unlikely if you havent heard back?

What does your GF think about the matter that you are missing out on a wonderful trip?

I will be returning on the Wednesday now.

Got a big big meeting on the Thursday with clients to determine the next 2 years work for me.

I will of course still pay for the week.

Alright.

Oh and I'm being serious about sleeping on the floor. If my back is being a right bitch then as it is at the mo then I might have too as I am even sleeping on the floor at home cos its slightly more comfy for it.
The Mrs isn't to impressed but she understands my needs.
