Who actually built that car? or did he do it himeself? How much cost would be involved in building a car to those specs?

Roy's Auto Repairs in Arbroath like Adam said you'll get the company number in the phone book. I doubt you would get him building that engine again for a customer i've got video footage of that thing that would make a grown man drewl just no way of getting it online
