hi guys andy is a good mate off mine and at the moment he is having some problems in his life he has split up with his ex girl friend who he has a young girl who is 11 mounth old and he has had probs with his land lord who owns his unit were all your parts are and with the snow and shit weather it has just made things a lot harder to post bits out when he has no access to them he is tryying to get things sent out asap

yes he may have problem's but if you are his mate you know as well as i do that there is no excuses for not posting out item's after 4 week's! in some cases more, the problem with his landlord is he did not pay the rent or try contacting him or answer call's from him! this is not an acceptable excuse, as for the weather that is no excuse as i have had items bought after my trancaction with andy constantly and recived all of them ages ago, oh and he would have had access to all the bits if he paid is £100 rent! he has recived much more than his rent money in parts paid for we also paid for postage so what really is the issue he does not even consistantly keep in touch or answer his phone, but has time to chat on facebook ect... and detail his car and see his mates? hmm im not having a pop at you just dont understand why he does not sort it or refund out money it would only take half an our to refund or payments and resell them when he is a position to do so!

Couldn't have put it any better myself, Mike.
If Andy has time for all this other stuff then surely he has five minutes to come on here and post in this thread or send our money back. An honest person wouldn't sit on several people's money for 6 weeks if he knows that the goods they paid for can't be sent out. At the very least he could answer his phone or reply to u2u's and give everyone the option to have their money back. There is no excuse for his lack of communication, despite logging in here several times in the past 6 weeks. I know he has been coming on as I have been checking his profile after sending u2us.

he assured me (sp) my bumpers where at his house, i turned up to his house and he refused to answer the door, he knew i was there as his dog was barking its nuts off, he clearly has no entension of sending peoples purchases or refunding any money. he cant even be botherd to answer his phone to us

Can everybody i owe money too either u2u me your contact details and i'll do my best to refund you all asap or get the parts sent out to you. If you would like a refund this may take a bit longer as im only getting a small amount each week which i have to live on. Just as a Defence myself and Jamie-C on here both bought items from Andy and they were delivered promptly.
Jamie had a spoiler couriered to Ireland and I had some genuine vaux mats sent.
No problems with him.
So maybe it was before the problems started?
Seemed a pretty genuine guy tbh.

right maybe u need to sell ur car or the arden blue corsa u have or even get a job because u have had a lot off poeple over here and not to mention the £450 u had off alan for a conversion u said u could do and made an absoulte mess off and u didnt answer the phone for 3 week when u had the car and his money if it wasnt for ecclesturbo that car would b in a scrap yard now wot would u have done then ?
seems to me u have built the money up ripping people off and bought a new car ????????

Still waiting for my money back for the exhaust manifold that was never sent as it has taken so long i have had to buy a new one! I have tried calling Andy but ya never answer your phone so once you have sold the car or whatever you have £90 please, i have tried to contact you but it has resulted to me posting here and makes it look even worse for you! you have my email and number the lot not once ever tried to make contact without me pushing you too.
As above anyone actually got anything back off him yet?
£90 is still £90 in 6 month's time so when i do come over to pvs i will be coming to pay you a visit for my refund im not going to just forget it.
Even if you gave me a 10er a month at least it would of been something and show your trying eh.

For all those involved, i've took on the above advice and now put my own personal car on ebay to pay you all back so as soon as the car sells i will definately be issuing refunds. I can understand how it all looks with me buying the car and then not being able to send items and i can but only apologise once again.

He managed to put the brake calipers on a mates car the wrong way round, drivers on passenger, passenger side on drivers so the bleed nipple was at the bottom.

I paid for an irmscher grill 8 days ago on corsa-c. Hadn't heard anything so sent a message on tuesday, he replied on wednesday saying his girlfriend would post it on the thursday, nothing here yet! found out hes from Wigan too, Ive opened a dispute on paypal so I can onlu hope I get my money or the grill bkac, if not mabye someone could help me out

Luckily I have paid via paypal, have opened a dispute online so hopefully will recieve my money back. He text me saying he split up with his girlfriend which is bullshit, I have family in Wigan anyway so if it gets bad them im sure my uncle can help me out.
