Usually for adjusting camber and/or caster. If you won't be adjusting them, they will be a waste of money

I've got them they are pretty harsh on the road though compared to the OE rubber ones.

What front suspension set up do you have?

Can you adjust camber on those coilovers?

On my avo's the upper hole that attaches to the upright is oversized so you can set the camber you want then tighten the bolts. Camber bolts on these would have been a waste of time.

The eccentric top mounts i have fitted are primarily to increase my castor for handling purposes.

Once you have the camber set, are you likely to ever change it? Adjustable topmounts are more for perfecting/changing set-ups for different tracks

I disagree with that to a certain extent. The top mounts are used to obtain geometry settings outside the limits of what would be possible with standard none adjustable items
