I really didn't want to do this but thanks to a certain user taking my money and then not supplying what I've paid for I think this is the only option left to me.
Basically I was after a modified gear linkage for my (now sold) XE Corsa. A user got in touch saying he had one so I transferred him the money and waited patiently. And waited, and waited. Sent him a U2U saying I hadn't received it and he replied to say he lost my address. Gave it him again and waited. And waited and waited some more. U2U'd him again and he said he'd had a terrible week and that he'd post it the following working day. So I waited and... You get the idea. Last week I sent another U2U and told him that if he didn't send me either the linkage or my money back within 4 or 5 days that I'd report him to Admin and start a thread. He's been online pretty much daily since that U2U and not bothered to reply or send me the money or the linkage.
Now I know it wasn't alot of money but that's not the point. Hell, I've even sent little things like switches recorded delivery at a loss to me so he has absolutely no excuse! I've waited about 6 weeks and my patience has run out.
So philip2, your turn to come up with an explanation. If I have to, I'll gladly come and see you and collect my owed money, Chester is not that far away. Own up and be a man and this'll be the end of it.

I've been ripped off no matter how big or small the amount is. The idea of this thread is to make other users be aware of him not delivering and maybe I'll get my money back.

It is the wrong section as there is a disputes for this, however phillip is a very decent guy and im sure ALOT of people will agree with this. Maybe it will be best to give him a ring and sort it out rather than posting this thread, im sure he will have a genuine reason.

I thought that but if he blatantly ignores my PM's and texts, I don't think he ever had any intention of sending what I paid for. Haven't seen a dispute section sorry.

Get all the necessary details before you trade with someone, common sense really.
Phillip is well known on here for his work, he's done plenty of work for members with good feedback everytime, maybe there's a simple explanation for it.
