hi i'm just about to under take a 2.0 16v(150bhp) engine transplant and i was just wonderin what radiator i should use do i have 2 use the gsi/gte radiator thats fitted in the astra?if so is the radiator bigger and any suggestions on how 2 go about mounting it?

cool yeah i'm tryin 2 order a fitting kit from pvd at the min(can't get threw),but ive e-mailed them aswell,i thought u could use a corsa gsi rad thats why i was askin but i'll check with pvd aswell

woowhooo,i've ordered the kit they say i should b alright with a corsa gsi radiator ,just gotta wait up 2 10 workin days b4 i can start gettin it fitted

works fine with the standard gsi radiator! no problems at all with mine!

with the pvd kit u use the corsa 1.4 1.6 rad so the kit tells u but all corsa rads r the same only the fans r different and my birds bro waited 5 weeks 4 his kit

i've been told 10/14 days but if it takes longer it takes longer these things can't be helped i'm sure pvd will send me the kit as soon as they have it in stock

Sorry for the confusion this is his girlfriend and it is my bro, cant wait for him to let me drive it, it is tuned up to 203bhp

nice!,my mate had a courtenay tuned mk3 astra gsi that produce 202bhp on the rollers with a F28 six speed box,and that was fast as fook,will b amazingly quick in a corsa,is he going usc ?

poss, depends if it is out of the body shop.

it currently tops out at 162 mph

sorry m8, but thats bollox, a turbo would do well 2 get that speed with 250bhp

this is what i was thinkin, i was thinkin of lucky b's his top speed was only about 160mph
