Inlet manifold (If you mean twin 40's anyways) is the hardest thing to find as you would need round port manifold.

Carbs
Carb inlet manifold (can buy them off the shelf easily)
Low pressure fuel pump for carbs
Fuel pressure regulator for carbs (set around 3psi, depending on the carb float spring stiffness)

If you're going down the SAM route, I'd be using TB's.

think later gte engines were like corsa 1.4 8v with a fixed coil pack type affair. the early ones were deffo dizzy. i cant remember what i used on a carb'd gte engine think it was the std dizzy and amp, or from a 1400 sr.

Aye, but if it's a dizzy motor he has then the SAM isn't necessary anyway So if he spends the hundreds on that, might as well get the ITB's too. And you can get them for less than half that

Aeromotive make a reg specifically for dropping injection pressure down to carb pressure. I'm sure other people will make them too.

no you dont. i didnt build my corsa the wrong way
one drops it from injection pressure and cyles the rest back to the tank. then you use a small sytec one which is adjustable between 1 and 5 psi. which you set on the rr.

main one is about £40
sytec one is about £28

Personally I would not use the standard high pressure injection pump, as they are not designed for low pressure obviously.
