Yeah Gsi front and rear.

Leave those skirts, IIRC they're phase2 gsi skirts anyway.

Nope - put some Vauxhall OE wheels on it.

Assuming the engine is stock, add some goodies, and destroy cars that you really shouldn't.

Hours of fun to be had.

not standered mate just had it on the rolling road last weekend and came out at 262bhp

In which case, as above - just some stock Vauxhall rims. Some Vectra B SRi rims suit the Mk3.

Any paperwork - and is it a hybrid kkk16?
The turbo will be your first port of call really, depending on what you buy, and what state the internals are in, and how much you want to spend.

If you are putting 260ish down FWD anyway, you would be better advised to purchase gucci suspension and working on the chassis, than throwing money on an engine spec, where you wont be able to put the power down properly.

i was thinking of putting an atb diff and trying to make it reliable, usable power. i'm happy with the power
