Did ya ever see the one with Chief Wiggam busts Otto and they find his weed. Wiggam sends Bart home saying they are gonna have to "test" it and they have a lock in in Ottos pad. It ends with Wiggam singing BOB Marley We Jammin stoned to the gills.
