What are they worth?

A lad is selling a set over here with for good tyres and a few minor scrapes for £100
I thought they were worth a lot more than that, or are they not worth as much in 15". I could haggle on the price as well

16" 4 studs are worth more.

Twinspokes are one of the nicest wheels on a corsa b imo.
