just google nortech performance , its in rotherham, cost was £1020 with the boost pipes , was some serious cars in there couple of big power astra and corsa vxr, 700 bhp focus rs, skyline that was getting built for 1200 bhp

This is sum Mehta work u have done mate looks to notch and for u not to have much experience this is an amazing project prop a top notch work like keep it going

£1,020.

My car has not been built on a budget, however I can't justify anything over £500

Like I say, top work and you get what you pay for I guess.

picked my pipes back up today , they put a weld round the lip



also got my studs back from from being machined down but i measured them wrong so need to get some open ended nuts , (will order them tonight)



, tool i used to remove the old ones



cleaned out the old threads



and fitted the new ones with the 2 nut method





also heat wraped this pipe






had to make sure i didnt put them in to far n the back as it hit on the handbreak mech



and all the old ones i removed, these are actulary new to me and never seen the road

was ok doing the bends on mine , but on a minifold i would use the 1 inch stuff as i can imagian it will be tricky ,

picked up some mud flaps from vauxhall so got them fitted today







got a spare set of the white badges undecieded weather to get them painted red ?? thoughts ???

why are you getting studs machined ect? why not cut them with a grinder and chamfer a nice edge on

easer to get a mate to do them all on the lathe

Nortech are top notch, where my got his exhaust and boost pipes supplied and welded up. Quality is awesome.
