I'm not interested in the scene and tag and Hellaflush, UKJDM, DXY, ABC or any other nonsense but after promising myself I wouldn't touch the Jag; I'm now thinking a few subtle mods might make it lose the Grandad image.
The sport version came with Bilstein suspension, 35mm lower than the standard models which in turn can take a further 40mm height drop; so effectively a 75mm drop from where it is now.
I want to colour code the chrome trim anyway and fit a later spec Grill and front bumper just to update it a little bit.
Give me ideas - it'll be different regardless!!
At the moment, its a standard SE spec X-Type

Colour coded chrome trim would make it look a lot better I think.

This is the fully Colour coded X type sport, with boot lip spoiler, sport grill and front lip
I like it, think it makes a big difference

i think what you suggest would be enough, get rid of chrome trim, nice wheels and lower suspension.
are the windows tinted at all?

no; I think it needs a slight tint, or binbag tints so you can't see who is driving it

That's got the Arden spoiler on as well which I really like but I can't justify £500 for a spoiler!!

Maybe just put the standard sport series suspension on which drops it 35mm then
I also prefer the sport Lip spoiler as posted above on the silver/grey Spirit edition to the Arden one and its about 1/4 of the price unelss I can find one at a breakers
