Is it acceptable? Yeah, doesn't bother me in the slightest. Hardly likely to get any bother of a stoned peep are you? Well, perhaps threats to steal your crisps or something

I went out on the town with some lads form work n the lads who smoked were quiet and not chatty or up for it - kinda slow and passive about everytine - ie not fun!
I guess it's ok in the right environment. Never tried it - not interested either

When we get stoned in our little hazy bubble we aren't normally quiet, we dont get as aggressive as other people but we do join in with everything and have a laugh.

i smoke da skunk on the odd occassion, last time was a few weeks ago now. It just makes you tired and wana eat. I've gone off it allot, cant b bothered wiv it no more.

personally i wud rather be round sum1 who is stoned than sum1 on pills! on the come down of pills my m8s get really stressy. . . u just feel tired and cannae be assed to do ne thin after bein stoned. . . it all depends on wat type of weed ya smoke. . . you can get all different types. . . sum make u really hyper and fun to be round. . . . some make u feel tired and make u so u cant move. . . it is funny wen u have a laughing fit. . . coz u will laugh at the slightest thing and be laughing for hours. . . u just find ne thin funny! i have only ever tried weed and i would do it again but i dont do it every week! only wen i feel like it. . . and i wud not try ne other types of drugs. . . thats my opinion. . .

I don't see how anyone cam call smoking anti social. Drinking leads to more anti social behaviour than anything else!

I agree Pete - but we weren't talking about drinking. I hate pissheads who drink simply to get drunk and cause trouble a lot more than the people who smoke weed.
Pillheads too - always elbowin' you in the clubs! I think if you have to have chemical stimulation of any kind to have a good time then your lacking in social skills.

Yeah I smoke it near enough every night of the week, with heavy sessions on weekends if we can get hold of enough.
Our group of friends always smoke it together and because of it we are a really tight group, everyone likes everyone, always there for each other and stuff.
Because we smoke it together we have a great laugh too, small things leave you laughing for ages, and then when you stop you look around and everyone starts again. Its fun, it doesn't harm anyone and I dont harm anyone when under the influence.

Yeah but do you enjoy the hang over, you dont get that with cannabis.
Is drinking as social as smoking cannabis?? No I dont think so, drinking often causes violence, fall outs etc, cannabis just lead to you talking about stupid things and laughing. Never known anyone to fall out whilst being under the influence of cannabis.
All round, its much safer and better to smoke cannabis than to go drinking. Drinking is legal, cannabis is illegal, but I would prefer to get a criminal record and not be a hassle to friends and family rather than keep on the good side of the law and get pissed as often as I smoke and end up loosing everyone of my friends and family because of how i would behave when p!ssed.
