Right, I can buy my m8s Nokia 7650 for £130 notes, this is a pretty good price and the phone has hardly been used and it still has some warranty left on it. Can i still claim on the warranty if it goes wrong? and can i get it insured even though its second hand? cheers

they are only covered against the person that buys the phone
if it does fk up - just get ya mate to take it back thou
dunno bout insure

wat u on bout? if its under the year warrantee it will be ok.doesnt matter who owns it. take it to carphonewarehouse nokia service centre if anything goes wrong!

ermm - if u by a car and sell it - is it still under warrenty? no
same will all goods - warrenty on lasts for the person who buys it

yeh but drew...if u bought a fone of sumbody else and it breaks u can defo take it to CPW unless it was bought from there. then the person who bought it wuld have to take it bak for repair.
i buy and sell mobiles all the time and yes some do fail. if they are new 1s i take them straight to CPW. they get commision from nokia for fixing them!!

u culd ask CPW for insurance.if it was bought from them ull have no chance! y u want it insured neway?!
