I like the 316 as it seems alot more cleaner inside and just looks a little nicer than the example of the 318 and is also lower milage.

However the 318 is faster and sounds like it would be more fun to drive!

Im torn between the two cars so i need the BMW fan boys to help me decide on which is the better car in terms of daily driving but having some fun when you fancy it

Only get a Compact if it's a 325Ti with M Sport pack.

Buy the Coupe, you'll regret it when one comes by you and you're in 'your girlfriends' Compact.

And don't go 4pot, at least go 2.0 straight 6 for the noise.

Whats wrong with the compacts? (sorry i dont know anything about BMW'S) Also the BHP is lower than my corsa so i doubt it would be that quick

I love the 318 but the milage seems abit high to me should i be worried about the milage?

Didn't realise they were so cheap. Don't get a compact though. Try for a 320 if you can

Also the straight 6 engines are very balanced/ smooth, you can't feel any vibrating when mine is idling They also have anti-vibration things on the lower crank pulley.
