mine has broken, i bought it like this so it needs to be replace
how hard is it to remove ?
or any tutorial on how to do it ?

Piss easy
I take it you will be replacing it with another, working full assembly?
If so, its a headlining out job, well, it will be anyway. lol.
- Remove headlining
Remove S/R Drive Mech - Manual Winder/Electric Motor
- 12 or 16 bolts to be removed
- Assistant req'd! The assembly weighs around 20kg and is bulky, so is difficult to balance etc on your own
The new one will just bolt in position, then you need to refit the drive mech and trim
