Just took out a new contract with vodafone, Im a few days into my contract now and never knew i could have kept my o2 number with vodafone, Would i be guessing id be too late to move my old number over to my contract now

Ring o2 and try and get you PAC code, may be too late though.

Vodafone told me it can't be changed after you have taken the contract.

If it was the other way round O2 would give you 14 days with the exception of business contracts. O2 to Vodafone I don't know.

Don't you have a cooling off period like 14 days in which you can cancel the contract without penalty?
