just helped a friend put an x14xe into his corsa and got it running to find the bottom end is knocking, im now after either another 1.4 or maybe a 1.6 .. But will i have to change ecu chip transponder or will an x14xe ecu run an x16xe?

it will run, but wont be as quick as it should be
