They're gash. You can't go in for a piss for about a day after you've had a shower in there otherwise you'll get wet socks.

have one at my parents house due to my disabled dad. They are good and very easy to clean. You can put up shower doors that go flat agaisnt the wall or curtains, have both in ours. Expensive to do as well

Nope dont really but then it will save some pounds if we were to replace the bath ect, as we want a shower.

Wetroom kits start from £300+, if i was to get a shower put in, new shower unit ect its going to cost a bomb.

Want something thats easy cleaning too

I had one at uni and it just had a shower curtain around the shower area to avoid the issue of wet socks after a shower. Or you could just take your socks off?

I really like them, not to everyone's tastes though obviously

I had a wetroom in a hotel i visted in london last month. Thought it was proper cool

It had one of them monsoon shower heads in there, massive great thing directly above your head. I cant see how your ment to stand under it, without getting water in your eyes all the while, found it quite annoying tbh

My mum had a bedroom installed it came to about 8k but she used expensive tiles and thft would have cost regardless though she did sat a wet room cost her about 1200 more than a normal bathroom due to the flooring and drainage require upstairs. Can't realllu comment on wet socks as dont live there but she has a a glass screen up as well.

if you want easy cleaning you want to get the laminated plywood to match your tiles in the shower. It does away with grout all together in the shower and is dead easy to just wipe clean
