The stuff isn't stolen - there is no complaint from the owner. Jay has been stalking me for months about the red message and quick enough to email the moment the account doesn't work, I wouldn't have imagined it would present a problem to him to get in touch if he was in dispute of ownership of goods being sold on here.
Furthermore, these goods have been bought in good faith for a reasonable amount therefore in lieu of any prosecution no buyer is acting outside the law.
