Ah right i see. It's for the front thermostat hose. Hmmm. My mates Ash's fits.

I used a 1.6 gsi rad and that pipe I used a 1.0 12v hose on my xe worked a treat

oh and the above hose is an off the shelf roose motorsport hose for a corsa rad to redtop thermostat.

Update : 11.04.2012

Well it's running.

Got three videos of it,1st one is the first time we started it with jump leads on,second is just trying to get it to idle properly and the 3rd one is it running alot better.

Had a few problems nothing major. Fuel line sandwich plate needs a new gasket as it was pissing fuel everywhere,couple of the coolant pipes wasn't tight enough and the 90 degree pipe off the brake servo is hissing air out so need to get one without.

ECU is on but Ash needs to check all wires and do abit more to it he says. Exhaust is blowing like fook but it's just to get me to exhaust place to get something made up.

Thanks alot Shaun mate,over the bloody moon with it,you all said it would be worth it.

Still need to top it up with abit more oil,just over first min nib atm. Hopefully my new cv will have arrived at motorspares tomoz and can get them fitted on my new shafts that arrived today,cheers Ian and get them all fitted. Should have sorted that problem with p/s wheel aswell hopefully and then can probs take it for a little spin and probs back car up onto drive.

We'll see.
