Dan,

as i said in u2u mate. Spacing the engine mount 5mm like you plan to, is no different to spacing the gearbox(seen as there joined) so I cant see how the linkage will work without it being spaced over also.

Be easier/less agro to by a spacer for the rear mount.

Good progress yesterday though

Ok Faz, well my mate Ash has a spacer on his custom mount and he's running a standard linkage. We'll see what happens. Worst comes to worst I'll have that back off ya if you've still got it.

Engine bay looks lovely. I love it when things are subtle and not in your face. Somes up this car overall really I suppose I take it you'll be ready in time for PVS?

Update : 30.3.2012

Yesterday my remaining parts came that i needed to complete the engine.

New header tank,19mm hosing for heater matrix,new headlight clips,loom tape and my new bushes for gear linkage. Fitted the bushes for the linkage tonight and what a bitch that was,fook me!! and then fitted the linkage but i was losing light and didn't take no pics.











Another one of these haha,love a new header tank







And then started wrapping my loom. Stripped all unwanted plastics and old tape off and made a job on it. For some reason though i really enjoy doing it.

After,much better,the loose wires are what's going in the car footwell and still need wiring up.



Thanks lads,dad's taking my shafts tomoz to work and getting inner cvs and new gaiters put on,can't wait to have them back and drop the car back on the floor. I really hope it's got more lows on front.
