Started cleaning the corsa up so i can drive her for a month or two again.

But theres on issue i cant seem to fix

When i used to drive the corsa as a dialy i blew a gearbox up, so i changed that for a f15, now i had to change the square speedo plug for a round one. so i did so and after around 4-5 thousand miles the speedo just stopped working.

Now i left it for around 3 months and stopped using the corsa.

Iv replaced the speedo drive, clocks and checked all the fuses. also rewired the three wires on the plug to no avail.

Really wanted to swap insurance today but just dont want to go back to the corsa without a speedo working.

What is the best thing for me to do? im willing to pay to get it fixed but dont know were to take it

Any help would be much appreciated

I had a driveshaft replaced and the mechanic said there was very little oil in the box, could this have caused the malfunction?
