A few cars really stood out
Reyland Rover 25 with 1.8t VAG engine, sounded awesome and was pretty quick
Ktec tuned Clio, think it was turbod, this was quicker than the Reyland Rover
Retro Ford's mk2 Escort estate, 300bhp Duratec engine, probably the loudest induction noise I've ever heard, it actually hurt!
Oh and this van...
A quick selection
Great Scott!
This made some noise
Few member's cars?
A few more HERE

It's a 27-litre V12 Merlin tank engine
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Where the hell were you Robin?? Didnt know you were there! Black clio left me at the start of the session, seemed pretty quick. Martin Hadland was driving that Rover like an idiot, should have been black flagged.

Got there about 11 and left at 4ish, sat on the banking by the hairpin for the last hour.
Didn't recognise anyone on the WR stand, although I think I saw Ian nosing round some of the PPC cars and maybe Fonz too?
WAs disappointed that the tractor pulling display was just a slow drive around the paddock, and Charlie's Rover wasn't in a runable state.
Good day out though, makes me want to get the Mazda back and working again, the few out on track looked decent.
Who was the blonde?

I saw someone in the passenger seat, thought it was you and you'd grown your hair
I literally didn't see anyone I knew all day, only say 3 people on the WR stand and have no idea who they are.

Thing is I noticed that the amount of speed you carry out of a corner will make a large difference on the straight. I was edging past cars with much more power than me by being precise on the power on the exit of corners. I dont want to sound patronising, but if it was your first time on track you wont be able to anticipate how much of a difference these small things make.
