I'm going Sunday, meeting my Dad there, infact looks like the whole family is going now! Should be good. Biggest Kit Car show of the year! Going to have a mooch round for ideas on colour schemes etc and a few things to buy for the Birkin. Hopefully weather will be decent.

I might go on Saturday to help Paul (CarbonMods) to set up. It was a bit disappointing the other year because of the weather and its given out shocking weather again

Might have to give him a visit. Would quite like some carbon bits on the Birkin.

Just got back from Stoneleigh. Wasn't that great tbh. Not that many cars there on the club stands. Birkin Owners Club stand was a joke. Only 3 cars (although theres only 21 in the country) and all three were very tatty. Not good.
Got some good contacts from the trade stands though. Got two possible companies to supply Throttle bodies and Engine Management, plus a few brochures for other bits and bobs.
And as usual I was loving the Ultimas!!! Great stand.
Had a mooch on the CarbonMods stand. Few items added to the wishlist.

Rolling roaded it made just under 170 bhp with standard internals. Can't remember the exact figure off the top of my head. Goes very well though! I've not had a go myself yet though
I'm liking the sounds of that Wrighty! I'd love a hayabusa turbo one!

Tbh thats plenty!! Looks pretty light your MK.
We've been told to expect 180bhp - 185bhp with our 2.0 Duratec on standard internals and throttle bodies. But if you get a "good" engine 195bhp can be achieved. Once its through SVA etc we are possibly going to uprate internals etc and should get around 225bhp. But may decide its quick enough without
