so 1st pic is of car - 2nd pic is of car with lights on - 3rd pic has lighs off - 4th pic has lights on

repeated over and over quickly so they look like they are flashing

i did it

frame1 - car pic
frame2 - bright light
frame3 - dim light
frame4 same as frame2
put frame one to 2seconds
