the redtops are 150bhp standard but i aint sure wot 0-60 is

Insurance varies wildly. You could get it done for about £1.5K if you know someone to drop it in....

You get quite a bit for your money then I spose! So it nice and the attention comes with it I guess... Has anyone stuck a turbo in a corsa then?

insurance is the same as the astra 16v - so its about 15 i think

0-60 the only standard recorded one is of Vauxgirl of here she did a 7.0

so really anything for 6.5 - 7.5

I did 7.01 secs. A standard 2.0 16v will struggle to get much below 7 secs.

I thought Andy Braceys 2.0litre 16v Conversion from Courtney with 15"s done an official 6.4 0-60 i think.

Mine just had an exhaust, manifold, induction kit and unichip then. Approx 165bhp.

Daimo - you've said this before, but I've never seen any evidence of it. I'd be surprised if it did, as looking at the graph of my time, I had a perfect start and nice gear changes. The car couldn't have done it any quicker and it was no slower than Bracey's.

Pete, Andy was a nice bloke, and everything he every talked about to me was true. I've got no reason not to believe him. I agree it does seem v fast, but, then look at L100RSA, thats only got 155bhp and still does 60mph in 6.39!!!!
