Supposed to. Generally they are supposed to be checked to see if they work and wiped of all data. We employ idiots in our stores though

I know this. Proper angry cunt served me before because I was having a problem with a game, it wasn't working so I wanted to see what could be done about it,
having only put the disc into my xbox, and taking it out again, it some how gained these scratches [this is what he has said]. He put it through the disc cleaner, and the result was there, the same. I sold the game to a friend for a tenner, was pissed off to say the least.
