Well since iv never made a build thread for the valver i thought i better do one for my new car wich will be made in to a work horse

Its a 1,7 td from astra running 33psi

Well after a couple days givin it boost every place it head gasket went was only the water gallery tho Twio weeks into ownership i thought better do sumin about the looks of it soo sat it looked like this!




Wll get more pics from fuzzy

Then sunday afternoon it came out the booth




Got the grill from the scrapys for £5

Astra side reps £2


Put a post 97 bumper on to match the front

why didnt you take all the adhesive pads off the front bumper before spraying?

Did you just paint over the rear windows or put van panels in?

Cos its a lot of messing about just to put a plate over the top again. mind the respray only took a weekend

So its now an arden blue corsa with painted windows my first car was arden blue nice colour but dont think id own two cars the same colour

Will the paint on the windows not come off pretty easily since its glass and not metal or has some special primer been used?

Nah the derv has a engine in the back waitin to go in and the Valver is needing a box put in it but that should be next weekend!
