Not a huge fan of the 944, but I'll be interested to see what you are going to do to it as you had good taste with modifying the Corsa.

S2's are ridiculous on insurance for me! got a pretty clean Lux that needs tidying, got quite a lot of plans for it already and it only set me back a grand so still have the rest of my original budget to whack on it!!!

I was offered a 924 turbo for free and was so tempted but wen i went to look at it the shell was rotten and the engine was stipped in 1996 and left in the garage ever since! Lol so didnt because it would have cost me more than the cars worth to restore!!

That is the problem we have been finding is finding a decent shell! Literally a pain in the arse!

This one seems in good nick though but obviously without getting it on a ramp we can't know 100% everything is fine, but that's what you expect buying a car this age

A marmite one for sure

http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C234508

That's the car.

You have to remember it's a starting point rather than a finished product

Gold looks great with the right wheels and stance so hoping to pull it off! Otherwise I'll just look like a tit driving an old car and a retro brave colour choice

Get it MOT'd first

Got some leaks and bits like that to sort first but nothing too major yet! Then whack it to an MOT and see what it fails on

Cheers Mike It is surprising how cheap bits are for it although some of the big hitters are a bit more, but that comes with the badge.

Cheers buddy, yeah it's getting wheels lowered, few interior bits not trying to go to town too much but it might end up that way knowing me
