Hopefully in the next week or two,unbeliveable how much i have spent on it and the finishing touches are just getting harder and harder to buy so going to have to get it running then buy the bits i want in a couple of months as it has skint me mate,i wouldnt like to count your reciepts up lol

Aye thats true mate,everything is how i want it,well 99% of it is just untill the finances recover a bit,done my tax return the other day and found out mr taxman is due me a wad so that will finish it off,i dont think it will ever end though?

Yeah, the money soon mounts up. You budget for the big parts but it's the small ones that soon add up.

Nice work.

I would have changed the bottom pulley bolt though TBH as the torque they require is massive so stretching and re-tightening isn't ideal. Cam bolts will be fine though.

So just get a crank pulley bolt mate? need to phone autovaux tommorow anyway for a TB gasket as i have lost the fooker

Also that pulley hasnt been off mate the bottom end is untouched by us

Sod it in that case!

I have only skimmed the last page. Are you going with standard induction? I recall you asking about cams so I assume you are on standard internals?

Yes, it will make things worse.
Either put both front/back on or just the back, never just the front.
Another mistake people make when doing a c20xe/let conversion is putting stupidly higher poundage springs on the front, which also makes more understeer.

Car,engine and all the bits are up at the guys garage who is fitting it,hoping to have it back next week!

Was wanting yellow but i think the red will go well as the pulleys are red? what do you's think?

should have gone black its all about OEM although red will match the cam pulleys

Silicone hoses are love making material. Mate you will have a stunning engine bay when it's all done!

Thought that myself mate,these were second hand off gumtree,brand new in the box though and never fitted so grabbed myself a bargain,quite glad as they will go mint with the pulleys
