I doubt fitting a cone filter will hinder it a great deal it's 90bhp as standard so it's not going to ever be a fire breather but with the right mods

Mantzel (or copy)
4-2-1 Manifold
Raised limiter
CAT back exhaust

You could see 115bhp.

Just keep it tidy though, when you fit the filter don't do what most of us done and just cable tie the filter to the old airbox mounting points do it all properly to retain that clean fresh look that it's got.

In English?

And if it had a GSI kit, it would be just another red GSi, whats exciting about that.

Personnally, I would not tune the 1.4 engine. Its not good enough and only worth tuning the 1.6 as you get better gains for the same money.

Nice wheels, nice drop, nice exhaust, and leave it as it is. Save the cash to tune something newer, faster, and that handles better.

Did you get SRI's in N.I

That is pre facelift and on an N reg with the x14xe i would have thought it would have been the last of the SRI's rather then a sport.

edited for

Its also got a sunroof and wheeltrims.

No powersteering but electric windows

I had a 1996 1.4 16V sport pre facelift on a N reg, didnt have power steering, but had the usual leccy mirrors, windows and a sunroof, was also red.
