Someone told me a while ago where i can get a fascia adaptor to fit a standard in my Sxi, and the adaptor plate was silver to fit in with the Sxi interior

Yup, Autoleads do it - go to your nearest Halfords, ICE shop, etc and they'll order it for you

Another thing, they made the silver centre console a lighter colour of silver recently, do you reckon it'll be the wrong silver?

They were both silver, but the one they put in cars now is a much lighter silver, whereas my old Sxi (Nov 2001) had more of a darker silver, satin like

Yeah, i'm sure there are people on here with Sxi's who have done it, i don't know who they are tho
