Quick question, is it normal for gsi spoilers to bow out slightly in the middle or is the spoiler meant to sit flush the whole way across the top of the boot??

hmmm im not sure if mines sitting right or not, seems a little too far from top of the boot to be a gap to let water run through :S ill have to get a pic tomorrow

mine sits completely flush. as said before, in either corner there is a drainage hole to let water escape. i think they tend to bow out in the middle when they are removed and slightly warped by carelessness. however my spoiler also causes quite a bad rattle when my sub is on, even at a very low volume so i think a bit of tiger seal will be finding its way underneath it

It's meant to sit flat on the boot. If yours is bowing and you've screwed it on then you have done the holes too close together.
Same thing happened to me
