Do they have stiffer rear springs than a astra hatch for example ? mine seems to handle better than my gsi did as standard

would imaging that are due to load carrying etc

lowered mine on coupe springs seemed no different, they cant carry much weight anyway

I know the Combo's are different, but they have 1700's and 2000's as per their payload. I'd imagine the Astra's are similar.

No idea. You can just get 1700 spec and 2000 spec Combo's. Nothing to do with engine.
