No idea, but I personally wouldn't do it. What if someone bumps into your car, or backs into it or something without the bumper on? Not the risk I'd want to run.

I drove round without a front bumper on my 172 for 4 days, and had to drive without a rear bumper or arches on my B until I could be arsed to go n get a standard bumper and new arches

Then it hits the bar? or at the back it fucks your car

They'll find something to cry about most probably.

Front bumper I can understand, due to pedestrians and stuff. Rear I wouldn't have thought would cause too much concern. That's what I'd be saying to PC plod anyway.

It hits stuff that's less likely to spring back, for sure.

When they ask you about it, just say "oh my god...where did that go?"

I drove my gsi around with no bumper for a week, can't remember why but i'm sure there was a good reason.
That was commutting from Wirral -> Liverpool through the tunnel and I was never pulled for it.

The police would pull you and say that it's unfit for road use due to the sharp edges.
