just wondering if any one can help me here, had a back box fitted last week but its catching on the rear bar where the exhaust goes over and it keeps making a weird noise like its catching, is this a common thing and can it be sorted ?? would appreciate any suggestions.

Some tend to strap rubber over the rear axle, others get some custom exhaust work done to clear the axle or re mount the back box a tad higher.

only propper way is to have the exhaust re worked so thzt the bend where the center box and back box meats is more of a curve so that it cleares the rear beam.. Itsma shit but its got to be done if you lower the car..

I've cable tied an old exhaust rubber over my rear beam but you might be able to adjust how the backbox is fitted so that it sits higher up. You just have to be careful of making sure that there is enough hanger in the rubber so it doesn't fall out
