Looks shit on the outside! Look how small the downstairs windows are!!!

Think developers are going for a narrow 3 story now to get more houses on the land

looks nice, whats the asking price? 50% share is interesting, never seen below 70% share.
I'm buying a shared ownership myself now, 75% share.
I just had to get a mortgage for the 75%, I don't pay anything on the other 25% for 5 years, then I can start paying it back at something stupid like 3%. After 10years if I haven't paid it back I have to sell. But tbh I hope to be selling after the 5years if everything goes to plan.

we have decided to be sencible and pay our loans off before we get a mortgage as we would be living off almost nothing after paying everything out (bills insurance food loans ect)

Shared ownership is a con anyway, better off not bothering until you can afford something without the so-called 'help'
