For reliability what about an E36 318 can get one with under 100k miles for sub 1K and will easily see another 80-100K out of it

You could probably get a late corsa for a grand and for 1k you arent gonna get much newer. with ok miles, never had any problems with mine except a bolt coming loose, done about 5-6000 miles and it does get death.

i got a t reg omega 2.5 v6 elite auto with history,leather, sat nav, carphone ,bose stereo,cruise ,18 inch alloys ,lpg for £800 in april this year ..it hasn't missed a beat in 10000 miles
