Are you talking about a Corsa B?
If so they bolt on to the bodywork. You need to undo all the bolts from inside of the arches then the arch will come off. Its easy once you know what you are looking for

Yes. For the front ones you might have to take off the arch liner, I cant remember exactly. The back ones are a piece of piss though. You'll understand once you jack it up and have a poke around. They'll be covered in mud aswell, its just a plastic nut

fronts you got to remove the iner arch liners which is a 10 minuit job, also you got to ether bolt the buggers back on or just use the bolts for holding the front bumper on.
rears are very easy only thing is the little T piece bars that you screw the plastic nuts to, have a tendency to ether rust away or they break the arch trim so then its a case of bonding the thing back on but again it needs to be ether bolter or just use one of the T pieces to hold the rear bumper in place at the sides..
tigar seal is good, just use it spearingly around the bolt holes as its a git and expeands slightly which pushes the arch trim away from the arch and makes it lok crap

Tiger Seal seems to be holding my spoiler on well so it'll stick some arches on proper good
Alternatively go to the scrappy, I got one arch for £2 iirc, it doesn't exactly break the back
