nah camera, 41 in a 30, letter in the post that he has to apply for, how long a ban, hes well worried uses the car for work, looks like ill be lending his motor

i got £100 fine and 55 day ban for doing 70 in a 30  i dont think he will get a ban. id say 3-6 points and fine!

No or neither do you have it "taken off you" 56+ days then yes you will have your licence "taken off you" then either re aply for it after your ban period is complete or take a retest!
