if you didnt pay it, id imagine the court costs for you driving away would ahve equalled more than £1.09 a litre, so to be fair, you got a bargain.

It's been above 1.05 for both for ages up here, a few pence won't make much difference if you don't brim it a few times a week anyway. I pay 1.07 and have done for a while, if I didn't I'd have to get the bus. I know which I'd rather.

I've been paying 1.03 /1.04 at Tesco for the past couple of months. I just think that is a shocking price!!

I need to fill my OWN car up but refuse to pay those prices!! Think it will be sat for a week with no fuel before i bite the bullet

tbh even if you did shop around, you may have saved 2p/litre. That is like a saving of £1.20.

But on a Sunday night, I'd rather get home than drive around trying to find cheap fuel, red light or not.

My dad owns one and i help run it. We are independant ie can buy fuel from anyone as not franchised, we work on anything from 2-5p a litre profit,

Price doesn't bother me, I look at the price to see how much I am getting ripped off but I wont not fill up because of the price.

Nozzle in, fill until full, go pay!
